1. Overview

This Refund Policy applies to paid educational programs, consulting sessions, and guided challenges offered by Expellingsieve. These are non-medical lifestyle coaching services. We aim to handle refund requests fairly and transparently.

3. Educational Programs

Full Refund

You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you have not accessed more than 20% of the program materials.

Partial Refund

If you have accessed between 20% and 50% of program materials, you may be eligible for a partial refund of up to 50% of the purchase price, at our discretion.

No Refund

Refunds are not available after 7 days from purchase or if more than 50% of program materials have been accessed.

4. Consulting Sessions

Consulting sessions may be cancelled and fully refunded if cancellation occurs at least 48 hours before the scheduled session time. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session may be rescheduled once at no additional charge but are not eligible for a refund.

5. Guided Challenges

Guided challenge programs follow the same refund terms as educational programs. If the challenge has not yet started, a full refund is available within 7 days of purchase regardless of material access.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us with the following information:

  • Your full name and email address used for purchase
  • Order or transaction reference number
  • Program or service name
  • Reason for the refund request

Send your request to service@expellingsieve.world with the subject line "Refund Request." We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days.

7. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

8. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Digital workbooks or resources purchased separately after program completion
  • Services already fully delivered (completed consulting sessions)
  • Promotional or discounted bundles marked as non-refundable at time of purchase

9. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. We are committed to resolving concerns promptly and fairly.
